A Fresh Lemon is licensed by the State of Wisconsin. Fresh Lemons are new to our team. This does not mean they are new to the beauty industry. All new hires must complete the fresh lemon program. This program allows them to get certified in services, set by the standards of our company. They stay in the fresh lemon program while they complete these certifications and hit goals set to become an experienced professional. So don’t let the name fool you, they are not inexperienced, just inexperienced in our establishment!
An Apprentice is a student working with us while they learn. Instead of taking the traditional schooling route, they learn by working in the salon environment. We are licensed by the state of Wisconsin to have an apprenticeship program. We all learn the best from doing. Fee secure that if you opt to have a service with an apprentice, an experienced professional is overseeing the process!
