We offer a 100 percent guarantee on our services and products. If we should fall short of your expectations for any reason, you have up to 2 weeks to follow up with us so we can ensure that you end up happy with the services you received. If you are not completely satisfied with any product you bought here, you may return it in exchange for Pink Lemonade store credit.
We strongly recommend booking in advance, so you can reserve an appointment with the team member you want at the time and date that best fits your schedule.
We work hard to honor everyone’s valuable time, so we request that you give us 24 hours’ notice prior to canceling. If you miss an appointment without calling to let us know, any future appointments will require services charged in advance to your credit card.
On occasion, a Pink Lemonade team member will experience an illness or emergency and must cancel their services for the day. In those instances, we will do everything in our power to diminish any inconvenience to you. That may involve booking your service with a different team member, or rebooking at another time that fits your schedule.
Any appointment expected to run for 3 hours or more will require a credit card on file to reserve your appointment. If you skip an extended appointment without calling us, we regret that we must charge full price for all services reserved.
We love children at Pink Lemonade! We must remind you, however, that a salon can be a risky place for a child that is not supervised. There are heated tools, cords, sharp objects, and other items that are not “kid proof.” If little ones are with you, please keep an extra watchful eye on them.
